John Bonney is eoStar’s VP of Customer Success. In this role, his mission is to develop and enable eoStar’s strategy by delivering exceptional service and experiences. His team includes Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Customer Support Center, and Software Quality Assurance.
John has been a part of the eoStar team for over 20 years, helping customers overcome challenges and achieve operational goals through the use of technology and process refinement. In John’s previous role he served as Director of Implementation where he developed a ground-up product implementation strategy, oversaw an ongoing portfolio of eoStar product implementation projects, coached and mentored the Project Management team, and directly tended to strategic projects key to the growth and evolution of Rutherford and our flagship eoStar product.
John attended Davenport University with concentrations in information technology and business administration. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, is an active member within his local PMI chapter, and a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. When he’s not working, you’ll find John attempting to cultivate one of his many hobbies, enjoying the company of his family, or volunteering time at his favorite community organizations.
